We understand that our youth aren’t always able to come to us. In order to ensure that our services go beyond our immediate neighborhood and city, we’ve employed the power of TV and Social Media.

Friends with Money is a video series designed to educate young entrepreneurs about finance, both personal and business. This series attempts to present the often dry and perplexing world of Finance in an easy to understand format, applicable in an African context.
In partnership with Youth Business International & N&M Productions, we created 21 videos, covering seven main topics: budgeting; saving vs investing; tax, financial statements; bookkeeping; loans, and business financing.

YTV x Mebala Elevate Youth Voices on Television

We are proud to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with YTV Botswana. This partnership will allow us to collaborate in a number of ways to uplift the voices of young Batswana!
To kick off our collaboration, YTV aired our #FriendsWithMoney financial literacy series on their channel; sharing the basics of money management with viewers around Botswana.
We have also partnered on Mebala Business, a weekly talk show about entrepreneurship in Botswana. Bridging the gap between the traditional ways of doing business and digital disruption, the host, Morongwa Mosetlhi, guides discussions with industry experts, entrepreneurs and organizations to break down everything you need to know about doing business in Botswana.
Tune in every Thursday night at 8PM on YTV (available on free-to-air, FreeView Decoder, and DSTV channel 291). Repeats Fridays at 11AM.
